About Me

Mature female expert exercise & nutrition coaching for women in a private non-intimidating studio. 

What Can I Do For You?

I am a female Master Trainer with specific coaching skills aimed at women who for one reason or another are not comfortable in a busy gym or class or would prefer a female trainer.

Working from my private studio in Chalfont St Peter, you won't won't have any distractions and 100% focus will be on you. I provide one to one and shared sessions for up to three persons per session.

If you are new to fitness I have an  ideal  environment where you will feel comfortable and quickly make improvements to your size and shape through well thought out sessions.

If you are already involved in sport I offer strength and conditioning sessions to improve power, cardio and endurance improving your performance. Interval, Tabata, Rowing and Ski Erg sessions may also be included depending on your particular goals.


Need help to finally lose those lbs? There is no magic pill but  I offer a combination of healthy eating guidance, help with staying on track and keeping motivated and a bespoke exercise plan just for you.

I am also qualified  to coach clients with: diabetes, obesity, arthritis, high blood pressure and osteoporosis. There  is no reason why these conditions should get in the way of becoming fitter.

I run 1hr, 45 minute and 1/2 hr sessions ranging from £28 to £43.
