With over 20 years experience as a personal trainer it is fair to say fitness is my passion. I will work with you to help you make positive changes to your lifestyle

What I'm going to do for you

I have a strong desire to help each and every client reach their fitness goals. I appreciate training is not something that comes naturally to every one and will strive to ensure that sessions are enjoyable & motivating whilst training for the results each individual is after.

A friendly and empathetic individual with a good sense of humour I will aim to help you enjoy the time you spend training with me. 

 I work with clients of all ages and abilities and like to focus on lifestyle training. I work with my clients to make sure their body is fit for everyday life, I like to make changes that are achievable and specific to each clients goals however big or small.

My extensive experience in the industry has given me a great understanding of what motivates different individuals.  

 Most importantly I will strive to make your sessions something you look forward to as I genuinely believe fitness always makes people feel better. 

Im a black belt kick-boxer and previous British Champion so I am used to training at a high level so I can also work with clients who want to push themselves.
