About Me

I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. I aim to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program to fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

I specialise in Strength & Conditioning Coaching, Posture Correction and Pre and Post Natal exercise.

I also have a specialised interest in exercise and nutrition for peri-menopausal and post menopausal clients.

Based in new town Beaconsfield, I generally deliver my training at the Training Station.  It is a boutique Personal Training Studio offering   the experience you need with a wealth of equipment to allow me to deliver you, your results.

"My sport is stand up paddleboarding. I love it for leisure on the water but I also race – seriously.  I’m good but not great and I want to be better. I’ll never be the best, I’m the oldest racer on the GB circuit but I would like to keep competitive as long as I can, hopefully until I’m seventy…

So how do I train to be better? I have a hip replacement so I don’t run any more; I have some gym equipment at home but it’s hard to push yourself when you’re on your own. Personal training is the perfect answer and Hayley is the perfect trainer.

I came to her at the end of June of last year when I felt I needed to be pushed much harder in order to improve my strength and endurance capability. Hayley took up the challenge with what I now know is her own special infectious enthusiasm for fitness plus her ability to tailor training to the individual’s needs.

She knew nothing about SUP but soon came back with some very specific ideas to tailor my training in the most effective way for my sport. She had obviously done research, but was also totally receptive to any input from me.  She thinks on her feet and is able to quickly adapt if I arrive with some ache or issue after a hard race.

She’s fun to train with, but she doesn’t make it easy. She keeps a firm eye on how you’re feeling, so you’re confident she will get the maximum out of you but won’t let you overdo it to run any sort of risk. I look forward to every session and at the end of every session I feel totally worked, tired but happy!

And the results? In this season’s GB SUP series, I took 4thplace overall in the ladies’ 12’6 board category and 1st in the 60+ age group. Hayley’s training has put me on a new track which I know will take me from strength to strength.
