Great fitness results are achievable in an enjoyable way. It is a matter of positive mindset and the right personal trainer.

What Can I Do For You?

I believe that to be a Personal Trainer it is not just a job but a vocation. What I consider as a success with my clients is when they can change their mindset and adopt healthier lifestyle that make results sustainable. Apart from tailoring the training sessions to match my clients goals and needs, I teach them how to structure workout by themselves  and how to keep their motivation to the highest level. 
My experience comes from different sports that I took part in during the past 20 years. Boxing is the recent one and I prefer to use is as a tool to improve my clients fitness level and many other aspects of the movements.

Certified PT 3 level with ongoing participation in boxing competitions.

The greater part of my expertise is in strength and conditioning but have significant experience with increasing the range of motion and yoga training. In my sessions you will find always a variety of exercises to avoid the boredom as well as to be enjoyable experience.

One training session last 60 min and always includes warm up, main workout ( it could be pad work with HIIT, resistance or stretching) cool down and stretching

Equipment

This depends on where the training session will be performed. For outdoor sessions I usually recommend mostly bodyweight exercises, combined with pad work and TRX/suspension system. Available boxing gloves, boxing pads, dumbbells, yoga mat, etc. In gym environment all available equipment could be used, same applies for training in clients home.
