Personal Trainer offering women, of all ages and abilities, the convenience of training in the privacy of their own home. Online sessions also now available using Skype, FaceTime or Zoom.
I now offer online sessions via Skype, FaceTime or Zoom. If you are concerned with the current social distancing regulations, video calls are an ideal way to continue your exercise regime with the help of a Personal Trainer to oversee and motivate you. This way of teaching also allows for those located out of my working area (including international locations).
I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer with plenty of experience working with clients of all ages and abilities to achieve their own personal goals.
My programmes are designed for the individual, helping women to achieve one or more of the following objectives:
Please note, I do offer personal training to men, but only as part of a male and female couple or group.
I also offer a variety of Post Natal and Wedding packages (see website for more information).
The majority of my clients are professional women / mums, who prefer to workout in the privacy of their own homes. Some feel intimidated by a gym environment, and others simply don’t have the time or means to travel there.
If preferred, gym sessions are still available on request.
The main locations I cover are Kensal Rise, Queen's Park, Notting Hill, Holland Park, Kensington, Neasden, Cricklewood, Willesden and Wembley. If you live nearby these areas, but your location is not on the list, please do ask.
I can help with your nutrition and provide meal plans and advice, in order to help guide you in the right direction.

I come to you and bring all the equipment needed for each session, so the only effort required by you is dedication to the exercise itself!
