About Me

I am a dedicated and enthusiastic fitness professional, who has worked in the industry for over 19 years. 

What Can I Do For You?

Fitness is core to my personal wellbeing and my professional life. I work for Middlesex University as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. I am also a freelance Personal Trainer.

I work in partnership with my clients, supporting them to achieve their fitness goals and providing them with a good foundation to maintain a healthy way of life.

I work with clients to create a personalised exercise programme. I have significant experience of leading various classes, including: circuit training, boot camp, body blast, free style spinning, boxercise, kettle bells, cross-trainer interval training and running. 

In addition to my qualifications and experience in personal training, I also hold certifications in counselling, mental health and wellbeing, and autism awareness. These additional skills allow me to support clients more holistically, understanding both their physical and mental wellbeing needs.
