My name is Adrian Rogers. I am a dedicated and enthusiastic fitness professional who has worked in the industry for 15 years. 

What Can I Do For You?

Fitness is core to my personal wellbeing and my professional life. I work for Middlesex University as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. I am also a freelance Personal Trainer.

I work in partnership with my clients, supporting them to achieve their fitness goals and providing them with a good foundation to maintain a healthy way of life.

I work with clients to create a personalised exercise programme. I have significant experience of leading various classes, including: circuit training, boot camp, body blast, free style spinning, boxercise, kettle bells, cross-trainer interval training and running.

~I found Adrian on the NRPT website and in all honesty was first drawn to him due to his competitive pricing. My aim was to try and get in shape and lose some weight before my recent wedding, but for a reasonable price. From first contact, Adrian was friendly, approachable and prompt with his replies. In terms of the training itself, he tailored it to my objectives whilst ensuring I was safe. As a relative beginner to gym workouts I really appreciated the importance he put on doing things properly as I really did not want an injury. On top of that, he was so warm that it felt that I was being trained by a friend. Training with Adrian Rogers is a really fun yet challenging experience. I attended Adrian’s training sessions five times, once a week. After his training I felt that I could work out more regularly, correctly and confidently. I started having physical sessions with Adrian which consisted of 3 aims, first is to become a full athlete followed by using dumbbells, bars and various bodyweights exercise.
