I am a Level 3 qualified personal trainer based in Tooting. I specialise in pre & post natal training helping new mums and mums-to-be gain the benefits of exercise during this important and exciting time and find their love of fitness.
I offer 1:1 personal training sessions at a time and place convenient to you. We can workout from your home or local park where I can bring all necessary equipment and give you the time and space to concentrate on you. I'll be on hand to entertain little ones as necessary and guide you through your workout.
