I'm a personable, dedicated individual who listens to your needs and requirements, working closely with you to achieve your fitness goals.

What Can I Do For You?

As a dedicated and personable trainer, I invest myself fully into each individual and training program I create. I take great joy in helping people achieve goals they once thought were out of reach. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients—men and women aged 14 to 70—addressing goals such as general fitness, strength improvement, chronic pain management, and weight loss.

Beyond providing physical coaching and training, I pride myself on building meaningful relationships with my clients. The collaborative journey towards their various goals drives me to continually refine and enhance my practice, ensuring I deliver a personal training service I am truly proud of.

I am a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with a background in sports performance, specifically in rugby and athletics. My academic achievements include a B.Sc. in Sports and Exercise Science (Hons) and a Level 3 Exercise Referral qualification. These credentials equip me with the skills and expertise to work with clients facing specific challenges, such as illness, injury, or physical weakness related to conditions like osteoporosis. 

For further experience and knowledge I have undertaken several courses with the Gray Institue, which has given me the tools and knowledge to look at movement in the most holistic approach. Training both myself and others to move as one who system, and not just looking directly at what might hurt, because that is not always the place we are actually weak or struggling, it is just the sign we need to do something to fix our system.

In addition, I hold a Level 4 Advanced Qualification in Weight Management and Physical Activity for Obese and Diabetic Clients. This specialization allows me to provide tailored support to those managing obesity and diabetes.

I strive to create a relaxed and enjoyable environment during training sessions, whether we're working in a fully equipped, privately owned gym or at a location of your choice using portable equipment. My approach is always centered around your specific needs and goals, ensuring a personalized and effective training experience.

Fully equiped, modern privately owned gym, with wide range of functional equipment, resistance machines and free weights. Internal 25m track and range of cardiovascular equipment. 

Personal kit: Weighted plates up to 10kg, dumb bells, bench, resistance bands, kettlebell up to 24kg, press up bars, cones, yoga mat, boxing, battle ropes and suspension trainer.
