A personable, dedicated individual who listens to your needs, requirements, and works alongside my clients to achieve their goals in fitness.

What Can I Do For You?

I like to invest myself into each and every individual & training programme, and get great enjoyment out of helping people achieve goals they once thought out of reach.  I have had the opportunity to work with a range of individuals both men and women, from 14-70 years of age. General fitness, strength improvement, chronic pain and weight loss goals are some of the reasons people have begun training with me.

As well as providing a physical service of coaching and training individuals, I pride myself on building relationships with clients. Working together towards a range of different goals is what drives me to continually improve and update my practice of providing a personal training service which I can be proud of.

I am a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, with a background in sports performance (Rugby & Athletics), providing a service centred around the specific needs and goals of all clients. I achieved a University degree in B.S.C Sports and Exercise Hons plus a  Level 3 Exercise Referral qualification. These teachings have provided me with the skills and expertise to work with clients suffering from specific illness, injury or those with physical weakness related to disease (osteoporosis).

I hold a Level 4 Advanced Qualification in Weight management and Physical activity for Obese and Diabetic Clients.

I ensure a relaxed, enjoyable environment is maintained during training sessions, utilising equipment I can transport to a place of your choosing, as well as use of a fully equipped privately owned gym.

Fully equiped, modern privately owned gym, with wide range of functional equipment, resistance machines and free weights. Internal 25m track and range of cardiovascular equipment. 

Personal kit: Weighted plates up to 10kg, dumb bells, bench, resistance bands, kettlebell up to 24kg, press up bars, cones, yoga mat, boxing, battle ropes and suspension trainer.
