After multiple injuries to my groin, shoulders and back I was worried I’d never recover my athleticism. But Tom’s methodical, diagnostic approach allowed us to isolate the problem areas and after a few months I’m feeling better than I have in years.

I've been using Tom's in season guide for the past few weeks. I've found it really helpful actually especially structuring around training nights and game day.
Ive added a few exercises I need to do but overall the structure has been really good to follow! It's great for loading during game weeks and I've really struggled to managed gym work alongside rugby previous so this guide has been a massive help

Tom has been fantastic to work with. He listened carefully to what I wanted to achieve and has come up with a program of innivote and varied exercises that are making a big difference. It's apparent Tom take a great deal of care to suit the program to the individual and has done research to help with and work around attention from old injuries. Having a shared google doc to see sessions prior is great to use for reference when doing my own training. The sessions are always fun, motivating and interesting, and have a focus on pushing you on making progress. I feel healthier and stronger all round after working with Tom - highly recommend!

Fully equiped, modern privately owned gym, with wide range of functional equipment (barbells/dumbells/kettlebells), resistance machines and free weights. Internal 25m track and range of cardiovascular equipment (ski ergs/rowers/curve treadmill).
Personal kit: Weighted plates, dumb bells, bench, resistance bands, kettlebells from 10-24kg, press up bars, cones, yoga mat, boxing, battle ropes and suspension trainer as well as some functional kit you may never have heard of or used, but we definalty will be soon!
