What Can I Do For You?

I'm not your typical personal trainer.

I left the army because I hated being told what to do. I  tried teaching after that and hated the rigid systems even more. But I found  calisthenics and bodyweight training because I could finally build structure on my own terms.

That's exactly how I coach now.

I work with desk workers in their 30s, 40s and 50s who are absolutely sick of rigid corporate systems. People who've tried programs before and quit when life got busy. Who need structure but hate being micromanaged.

We build the training plan together. Not me handing you a template and telling you to follow it. You're involved in every decision. What fits your schedule, what works for your body. What's sustainable for your life.

Here's what you get:

Bodyweight, calisthenics & weighted exercise progressions proven at national level. I've been Top 3 in the UK for Streetlifting for three years running. All built on bodyweight training. These methods work at the highest level and scale to wherever you're starting from.

Weekly in-person, virtual or online support. When you're tired, when work's stressful, when you're thinking about skipping. That's when I'm there!  You can't just disappear quietly like you did with apps and YouTube programs.

Training that fits your actual life. Whether you train at home, at a gym, or mix both. Whether you're a total beginner or you've trained before and come back. No gym commute required. No expensive equipment. Just progressive bodyweight movements that build real capability.

Plant-based or omnivore nutrition coaching. I'm vegan and built championship strength eating plants. But I coach people who eat meat too and I'm good at both. Your diet, your choice. 🫡

Most importantly, you get a coach who actually understands what it's like to feel stuck in systems that weren't built for you. Army systems. Education systems. Corporate structures that crush individuality.

I left all of it. Found my own way. Now I help desk workers do the same with their training.
