About Me

I teach beginners a natural and sustainable way of becoming stronger and losing weight!

 

What Can I Do For You?

I’m James, a Coach specialising in helping those new or returning to exercise become healthier,  stronger, more confident and to lose weight.  My aim is to build sustainable,  life-long and acheivable habits, with a focus on exercise, nutrition and lifestyle. 

I provide 1-1 and Online Coaching and have had fantastic results and reviews from current and past clients and am really proud of the impact that my coaching has had on the lives of others. I strongly beleive that fitness is for all.

I have been coached, mentored and trained with some of the best coaches in the country and compete myself in calisthenics competitions and am currently ranked 3rd nationally in my weight category. 

My aim is to make fitness and exercise accessible, fun and enjoyable whilst  maintaining a focus on form, consistency, good quality, safe movement and steady progression over time.  

I’m friendly, approachable, and passionate about helping you achieve more then you thought you were capable of!

Equipment

I coach at a gym near Wimbledon Park that has a wide range of strength and functional training equipment.

For outdoors and home visit's I make use of bodyweight training, resistance bands, gymnastic rings and kettlebells.  I aim to keep things fun, varied, challenging and interesting!
