What Can I Do For You?

As a professional, we put our career and our family first. Constantly building success and reaching goals, but somehow not where we could be.  Whether it be weight gain, poor nutrition, health issues or simply lack of routine due to bad habits, we forget about the most important person. We forget about ourself.

I started working within Health and Fitness long before I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2010.

Training sessions can be varied to from only body weight, running, interval training, right up to any equipment - my favourite being kettlebells.  Sessions are run either at your home or outside, or can be at a studio or gym in Fulham - you decide.

Not only do I offer Personal Training sessions, but I also provide Health and Wellness Coaching – the full package, for suitable clients.  Where the focus is about reaching goals with sustainable patterms that can be maintained into our lifestyle for long term effect.

With each of my clients we always focused on the whole health of managing stress, eating well, keeping active, injury prevention and rehabilitation, improving self-confidence, and improving sleep. It was always about the right exercise, the right meals and never feeling restricted. 

The results were incredible. From struggling to get up, having no energy, lack of social time, deflated sex lives, health issues and weight going up, my clients found their lives changed. We never introduced a fad diet, removed alcohol completely, banned any foods or added excessive training regimes. Yet every plan was personal, tailored, healthy and sustainable.
