I am an Active IQ Level 3 Personal Trainer based in South West London with an extensive background in sports and fitness. Let me help you take your next step whether it be improving fitness, strength, muscularity, functionality or all of the above and more!

With a high-level, multi-sports background (rugby, cricket and now powerlifting) I appreciate well-being's importance, as well as its potential when handled in an ambitious but safe manner. 

During my degree, I founded and ran the biggest fitness society at the university to help its 200 members during the pandemic, leading five classes a week (strength and conditioning, HIIT and circuit training), writing programmes and offering nutrition advice for people of all abilities. 

Since the end of my studies, now qualified as a Personal Trainer, I have been working in South West London with clients of all ages, providing one-to-one sessions and personalised training templates, with a range of sessions provided at my local gym, my home (with equipment provided), in outdoor parks and online. 

As your PT, I will always go above and beyond. I wish for my core values of drive, self-improvement and dedication to be infectious and will offer a support system that will not only improve the way you go about your workout sessions, but your day-to-day life.

I can train clients at a fully-equipped gym - Bounce Gym (both New Malden and Wimbledon), as well as offering outdoor workouts providing my own equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, bosu ball, yoga ball, foam roller and more.
