Passionate about physical and mental well-being, We pride ourselves in helping clients achieve their fitness goals by also paying close attention to their state of mind. We achieve this by devising individual training programs for each of my clients tailoring the exercises to their level of fitness and training needs. We cater for all levels of fitness, and on building up our clients fitness levels at a sustainable pace resulting in exercise being an integral part of their lives. Our priority is for our clients to reach their goals in a fun, safe and effective way. We make sure that the sessions are challenging but enjoyable.

"Oh. Where to start. My wife gifted me some starter sessions with Agi for my 50th Birthday and, with a few fits and starts, I have been working with her ever since. I'm just about to turn 54, sadly.

"I really had an aversion to personal training as I was always plump but fit. My parents forced me to consider personal training, having had a baby in Sep 2012 and through poor diet, lack of sleep and an understanding husband who loves me regardless I had ballooned. Getting to a gym with a baby is tough as many of you will know.

I met Agi through a contact of my dad's and it has been the best thing ever. Since last September after my daughter turned one, I've lost over 16 kgs and found a trainer who feels more like a good friend  (no exercise allowed in Dec for health reasons).

Combining diet advice that is both practical and achievable with exercise that is done is my own home (trust me it varied and the things she thinks of using to make it harder and fun is amazing) has made a real difference. Flexible and understanding Agi really had adjusted to my down days,up days and continues to provide a shoulder to cry on as well as solid encouragement when successful.
