I’m a performance-focused coach, helping adults who train to improve both body composition and athletic performance through structured, evidence-led research. My approach combines practical nutrition strategies with personalised coaching to help clients fuel training properly, recover well, and achieve visible, sustainable results without unnecessary restriction or confusion.

I’m a qualified Nutritionist and Personal Trainer with a strong interest in performance, nutrition, body composition, and fuelling for training. My work focuses on translating evidence  into practical, realistic strategies that clients can consistently apply in everyday life. I have experience supporting adults who train regularly and want expert guidance to improve physique, performance, recovery, and consistency without relying on fad diets or generic advice
