I believe in finding the Fun side of fitness, as I myself have come a long way, from yoyo diets and inconsistent workouts,  i'm here to help you fully unlock your potential!

 

Now more than ever it is so important to look after our mental health and exercise is the one thing guaranteed to LIFT your mood like nothing else.

 

Each session is tailored to YOUR needs and goals, i like to work closely with my ladies in regards to healthy food, lifestyle and mind choices to be a sustainable part of your life.

Being a new mum i know how hard it was to feel like the old me again in regards to keeping fit mind, body and soul,  I am trained in pre and post natal so have the knowledge for all you new mums or mums to be in staying fit (and sane) in this journey called motherhood!

Keeping in line with the current guidelines sessions can be held in an outdoor space or online!

I love my PT! Abby's 1-1 HIIT tailored sessions are brilliant. Challenging, varied and fun Abby's sessions get great results. Abby takes the time to understand what you want and is always on hand in between sessions to answer any questions or to offer advice. I’ve been training with Abby for 5 weeks now and I’ve lost 25 lbs and 14 inches . It’s been tough as I’ve recently had big arm and shoulder surgery so have been very limited in what u can do. 
However Abby has made all sessions fun and different and Is open to new ideas to progress together. 
I’ve worked hard but I 100% know I wouldn’t of achieved these results without the support through these PT sessions.
