I have experience of working with people of all ages and abilities and will bring a caring and understanding approach to each personal training session. There is an emphasis on variety, safety, enjoyment and above all getting results.
I studied an intensive 5 year degree programme in Sports and Physical training in Ukraine and have also worked as a professional dancer, travelling extensively across Europe.
In 2019 I also qualified as a Stott Pilates Instructor. 1:1 or small classes are held at our excusive Pilates studio in West Molesey.
I have a wealth of fitness knowledge and expertise to bring to personal training. I specialise in women’s health and fitness, including weight loss programmes and ante and post natal exercise, as well as core stability and flexibility programmes. I also have boxing qualifications to give added fun and variety to our sessions, and will make sure we really pack a punch!!
Iryna has also taken ski fitness and aerobics classes and is excellent in motivating young people too, including teenagers who have fallen out of the activity habit!
Her Women’s Bootcamp Workout, near Esher on Saturdays, is definitely a great motivator and the best way to start the weekend!

We train at our Home Fitness Studio or I come to you OR we can train in beautiful Richmond Park or Bushy Park, or at an outdoor location near you. The choice is yours!
Pilates is a speciality, as well as injury prevention and backcare.
Equipment includes, boxing, resistance bands, medicine balls, treadmill, rower, cycle, and anything that utilises the outdoor environment to give you the results yolu are looking for.
