What Can I Do For You?

I’m Laura,  an ex-professional dancer turned fitness coach. My journey into health and fitness began in the demanding world of dance, where I struggled with an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise throughout my training and career.

Determined to regain control of my well-being, I immersed myself in learning about nutrition, fitness, and sustainable health. This process transformed not only my body but also my mindset, helping me build a balanced, empowered approach to wellness.

Today, as a coach, I’m passionate about helping others reach their goals without falling into the traps of quick fixes or extreme methods. My background in dance has taught me the value of balance, discipline, and consistency, principles I bring into every coaching experience.

I create personalised plans that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle, so the results you achieve become lasting, lifelong changes. Through education, support, and accountability, I help you build the knowledge and confidence needed to maintain your progress long after our time together.

I’m no longer stuck in a cycle of starting and stopping and instead have cultivated a flexible approach.  

One of the most valuable aspects of working with Laura has been her ability to help me challenge unhelpful habits and patterns in a way that feels supportive and achievable, not overwhelming. Dealing with a chronic illness, Laura has adapted training to suit my body’s changeable needs. If you’re considering working with a trainer and have a chronic illness, Laura will work with your body, not against it and it might be surprising what you can do! 

I also have a history of disordered eating, including binge eating, and Laura has been incredibly mindful of that, adapting our approach to help me reach my goals in a healthy, sustainable way. She's been a completely safe, non-judgemental, healthy addition to my recovery alongside the psychological support I've received. She’s thoughtful, professional, and knowledgeable, but also down-to-earth and fun—I always enjoy our sessions and messages!

If you’re worried about being pushed too hard, being told to 'feel the burn' or following fad diets, you won’t get that with Laura. She’s always appropriate and creates a plan that’s not only good for your body but also your mind.
