About Me

I'm an Advanced Personal Trainer and Health Coach, specialising in body transformation, weight management, core strength, flexibility, nutrition and lifestyle, and holistic health and wellbeing. I'm passionate and committed to helping you achieve your personal goals whatever they may be.

What Can I Do For You?

I am an Advanced Personal Trainer (Premier Training Level 3) and Health Coach, with over 25 years training experience. I have worked as a Freelance Personal Trainer at both Nuffield Health (Covent Garden) and David Lloyd (Maidenhead). Since starting in the health and fitness industry, I have used my broad range of holistic knowledge and skills to help people get the body and lifestyle they want, whilst giving them the tools to improve and sustain their overall health and wellbeing. 

I am also a qualified and registered Social Worker; FA Level 1 Football Coach; Hatton Academy Boxing for Fitness Coach and trained Mountain Leader. I also hold a certificate in Advanced Nutrition for Weight Management. I am registered on both the National Register for Personal Trainers (NRPT) and the Register for Exercise Professionals (REPs).

My philosophy has always been to help clients develop healthy behaviours and lifestyles that encourage and integrate holistic practices (mind, body and soul).

Equipment

For example, indoors/outdoors training sessions working in all three planes of movement, using your own body weight and exercise equipment (i.e.Swiss balls, med balls, kettle-bells, BOSU, stability disk, fitness bands/cords, mini hurdles, weighted rucksacks, ropes, free weights, bars, steps and foam rollers), as well as using natural surroundings (i.e. hills, trees, park benches, stones).

I also have access to a small local gym which has traditional weight training equipment.
