I support smart, safe strength, fitness & mobility coaching for life after 40.

What Can I Do For You?

I’m a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with an Award in Nutrition for Physical Activity. I specialise in helping individuals and small groups aged 40+ improve their overall fitness, mobility, balance, and functional strength, supporting long-term health, confidence, and independence.

As we move through our 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond, it’s common to notice changes in energy levels, movement, and recovery. Busy lives, demanding jobs, family responsibilities, and years of putting others first can all take their toll. I understand how easily health and fitness can slip down the priority list — and I also know how empowering it is when you decide to take control again.

Whether your goal is to feel fitter, lose weight, build strength, improve mobility, reduce aches and pains, or simply feel more confident in your body, I offer a supportive, no-judgement approach that works with your lifestyle, not against it.

With many years of coaching experience and CPD accreditations, I use smart, functional training methods designed to improve real-world movement, joint health, strength, balance, and stamina. There are no fads or extremes — just progressive, well-structured training combined with practical nutritional guidance to help you move better, feel better, and stay active for the long term.

I offer training sessions at your home, local parks, or outdoor spaces, with 1-to-1, buddy, and small group options available. Every session is tailored to your ability, experience, and goals, helping you feel confident, supported, and motivated.

You don’t need to be “fit” to get started. You just need to start!
