A fully qualified ambitious Personal Trainer who prefers to see himself as a Health Professional. It's my job to help people live healthier lives, get stronger, live easier, move better and pain free sustainably.
Short story: I was a 17 year old who randomly registered my interest to a fitness first local to me online, at this stage I had no ambition to workout. I then get a phone call from the gym manager, who invites me to the gym for a tour. I will never forget how well he treated me, as a 17 year old kid looking to join a £50/month gym. That taught me a valuable lesson on customer service.
Over the next few years, I would develop a passion which would lead me to my Bachelor's in Sports and Exercise Science. I spent four years at university doing 2 things: Gyming and Studying.
I have worked in a PureGym for 3+ years and currently at Evolve Gym for over a year, and helped clients from many walks of life, over the years I have admittedly made mistakes but also learnt from them, therefore gaining a broader understanding of the human body and different body types.
Currently a freelance Personal Trainer in the Ruislip/Harrow area, in a gym and also at people's homes and outdoors, at the same time balancing a Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
My take is to think outside the box. Health and fitness is like any other sector in life, in that the 'norm' stays as the 'norm' until someone discovers something new, which is better and more effective, which eventually becomes the new norm.
This is what I offer, if you're tired of the same workouts, using the same machines or exercises, I offer something different which has been trialed and tested, to almost guarentee you results the best way you can.

What do I specialise in? All trainers will specialise in generic and common things like weight loss, strength and conditioning. That's a given when achieving your Level 2 and 3 qualifications.
Through research, trial and error and testimonials, I specialise in core conditioning, core strength, movement capabilities and athleticism which ties in with the foregone specialities.

For a long time I hadn't liked what I saw in the mirror, I'd wear long sleeve shirts or jumpers daily to cover my skinny arms and this mentally blocked me.
