About Me

‚ÄčHi, I have been working out for over 40 years, in gyms all over the world, in bodybuilding, power training, and self-defense. I have read 1000 books on diet, lifestyle, health and fitness training and much more and have been helping clients with their dreams and goals in health and fitness, golf, sports performance, posture, diet, and lifestyle for over 19 years. I love my job with deep passion and I am here to help you with pain, stress, weight loss and much more. I love to make my sessions fun and knowledgeable for you so can take information away with you and feel confident to train without me. I studied with YMCA London in 2000 I specialize in helping  busy men and women burn fat, improve their body and transform their fitness from the comfort of their own home or outdoors in the fresh air. No fad exercise machinery, special pills or magic shakes - just the smartly applied combination of effective training, good food choices and healthy living With Active Bryant Systems, you can have all this and more.



What Can I Do For You?

Started my career in Personal Training in 2000, but have been working out for 34 years all over the world. When I began my career, I realized early on it’s all about the clients dream to be pain free and fit and lean. A number of my clients were coming to see me with various problems including diet/lifestyle, chronic shoulder/back-pain as well as mental/stress issues, which were preventing them from losing weight and achieving their goals. That's when I began studying Metabolic Type Dietary and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition and lifestyle and 8 year to become Master C.H.E.K Practitioer level 5 movement assessments, which ensure I get to the root cause of the problem and most importantly correct the problem what you get from us you can see me one time week to 4 times to once moth it up to you you will get with us. have also been interviewed on Southampton radio. I helped write Dr. Roberto Viel’s Beauty Bible and did an article on Madonna yoga and fitness in the Guardian newspaper and women magzine as well as being a speaker at some colleges. I have worked with movie stars and pop stars

Linda Mitchell - 62 years old I have been training with Scott for over a year and I have noticed many changes. Some of the which must be due to his excellent gym sessions, which are fun and challenging. He makes me work harder than I would on my own, but he always seems to know when I should stop. Other people have commented that there is something different about me and I believe this is because my posture has improved as a result of the gym sessions combined with my daily exercise programme. Some of the changes are due to the lifestyle changes I have made under his guidance - change to Metabolic Type diet, taking supplements specific to my needs, drinking more water, regular sleeping regime and I am even getting into meditation, which I enjoy and seems to make me more relaxed. While it is difficult to attribute specific changes to specific activities, I believe the biggest changes have come from the natural hormones which I have been taking under his guidance, following my hormone level checks which he has arranged. Almost immediately my masseuse noticed that my muscle tone changed from being ‘grainy’ to being more fluid. I had been experiencing quite severe knee pain, which hindered my workouts, made it very difficult to walk up and down stairs and get up from a sitting position. I had tried the doctor and physiotherapist to no avail - `‘it’s your age, my dear what can you expect? Your body is wearing out”. Now my knee pain has almost completely disappeared and my skin tone has improved. I am also sleeping more and generally feeling better and stronger than before. There are many trainers who, like Scott, are passionate about what they are doing, and really want to improve his client’s lives. But there are very few who can call on such a wide range of expertise. His holistic approach has certainly brought results in my case.

Lachlan Freeman I am 12 years old My name is Lachlan Freeman I am 12 years old I have been working with Scott for about five months with my friend James Donavon, who is twelve years old too. I have already felt the difference even though I have not been working with Scott that long. Scott really helps you with what to eat and what is bad for you, and he is an extremely nice guy. Which makes it even more fun to work out with him. He has been teaching James and I Kick Boxing and excises on things like the Swiss ball which helps your balancing. He has also been helping with things that help are balance, and academic work. This means my life at school does not only improve in a sport aspect but also in class. I also feel that I am beginning to sleep better and my attention at school has improved.
