I'm not here to bark orders or hand you a generic plan you'll hate by week two. I'm here to help you feel genuinely better in your body and your head.
I'm a personal trainer with a BSc in Strength and Conditioning, so I've spent time working with athletes. But my real passion is everyday people. The ones who don't live in the gym but still want to feel stronger, more confident, and less creaky doing normal life stuff.
In six months of training clients, I've seen what works: enjoyable, realistic exercise that actually fits your life. Whether you want to lose fat, build strength, move better, or just carry your shopping without getting winded, that's the goal. More energy, less restriction, and feeling capable in your own body again.
I'm currently working towards a nutrition qualification too, because training and eating go hand in hand. And longer term, I want to build something bigger: a community of people who've developed a real passion for bettering themselves, physically and mentally. Not a massive ego gym. Just a supportive space where you can start exactly where you are, with zero judgment.

I have barbells and dumbbells from 1kg to 40kg, plates from 5kg to 25kg, a squat rack, a cable machine with various attachments, a landmine, a pull up bar, TRX straps, a plyometrics box, steps, two medicine balls, boxing gloves and pads, balance balls, roll mats, foam rollers, and resistance bands.
