Are you looking for a skills based training where strength/flexibility are just as important?

I offer a Holistic approach to personal training centred around women's health and physical concerns.

I have worked with a large range of women for the last few years, from corporate settings to private rehabilitation practices, with clients that are challenged with mobility issues, past injuries, and training knowledge/confidence.

I am very passionate about making training accessible and fun = my programs will always incorporate strong mobility elements to help my clients feel more confident in their every day activities, as well as prep them for running & sports events.
