I currently have over 30 years experience of Personal Health fitness and Nutrition coaching. I have been a member of the NRPT since 1996, and have also managed a team of Personal fitness trainers in Nottingham area.

I deliver coaching based on experience, and make sure that the Clients gets RESULTS.

I specialize in getting my clients RESULTS, as thats what you hire a Personal Trainer for.

I encourage lifestyle habits, as well as also getting the by-products of my training which is weight Loss, fat loss, increased strength, increased leaness, as well as fun and learning of a new skill.

It very important that I get you results. I constanly support and encourage my clients with their nutrition and find a balance with you too encourage good habits with food and lifestyle.
