What Can I Do For You?

Hello! My name is Abi and I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer who specialises in weight loss and muscle gain/toning. Staying active and prioritising my own health and wellbeing has always been a passion of mine. I have been weight training since 2016 and became a Personal Trainer to help others start the same amazing journey that I have had.

I also have a masters in Psychology and have worked within the field of mental health since 2017, so I truly understand the positive impact exercise and food has on, not only our physical health, but also our mental wellbeing. I believe it is incredibly important to look after our bodies and minds, and being active and eating well will always help you feel better!

I offer 1:1 bespoke training programmes to all genders, which include a focus on:

  • Healthy eating
  • Cardiovascular training/HIIT
  • Functional movements
  • Weight training
     

Ladies, if you have any concerns about starting weight training because of getting too big or muscley, let me assure you now – it doesn’t, it only makes you strong and feel amazing!

I understand the struggles starting out or getting back into being active again – not knowing where to begin or whether you’re doing something correctly. Well, I am here to help you with that. I will support you to learn all the correct techniques of exercises, create a personalised plan for you to help you achieve your goals, motivate you and hold you accountable, and most of all, I will support you every step of the way. My goal is you support you to become confident in your body and help you lead a positive and fulfilling life!

We all start somewhere. The most important thing is to start! Make the first step and contact me via phone or email and we can arrange a free consultation. I am patient, understanding, positive, encouraging and non-judgemental. Your needs, goals and wellbeing will always be my priority.

**I currently have limited capacity to take on more face-to-face clients I'm afraid however I am taking on clients and offering bespoke online training programmes to help you achieve your fitness goals. Weekly progress check ins are included as well as guidance around your diet/lifestyle. Please still contact me if this is something you would like to discuss further.**

Equipment

I will mainly be using a combination of body weight, dumbells/barbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and boxing pads. I will be able to provide most of this equipment but depending on travel, free weights may be need to be provided by yourself.
