Hi I’m Dan Chapman – Personal Trainer / Health & Fitness expert Specialising in Fat loss & Strength training In-Person and online coaching

 

What Can I Do For You?

I have been fortunate enough to have had over 2 decades of experience in the health & wellness sector helping both men and women in their late 40’s 50’s and over get into the best shape of their lives, move better, reduce body fat and feel 10 years younger by improving both joint mobility and flexibility.

WHY PERSONAL TRAINING WITH ME?

As a well seasoned coach in my 50’s I know too well the challenges that can arise for people when wanting to make a start on their fitness goals and make it a part of their everyday lives. I therefore have made it my mission to help all shapes sizes and fitness levels to achieve what they feel has been un-achievable and therefore show them that with the correct balance and simple structure in place it doesn’t have to be an overwhelming struggle to achieve a fantastic body and feel better both in and out of your clothes. 

I guide my clients every step of the way both in-session and around sessions making sure they stay motivated and on track. And most important – Injury-free

When you become my client you’re under my wing. It’s in my interest to make sure you get what you came here for. RESULTS! 

I have a fun but no nonsense results-driven approach. My clients get to understand the simple changes that need to be made to help them reach their body goals. Forget “Diets” and restricting foods. This is about sustainable eating and regular weight training. When performed 2-3 times a week it’s the key to a better, stronger healthier body.

MY MOBILE PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES AND QUALIFICATIONS

I bring the gym to your home or local park

Actually you really can train anywhere you like. that’s the benefits of having a mobile Personal Trainer. Even if you have a small space in your appartment – It can work. Ive trained clients in kitchen spaces to main rooms, garden patios, purpose made home gym spaces and the local park. I drive so I have all the equipment needed for your results driven workouts. I have kettle bells, dumbbells, olympic rings, boxing gear, olympic short 4 ft barbell, weight plates up to 50kg (can bring more if needed) resistance bands of all kinds

I am Level 3 qualified with ‘Premier Training & Development’

Optimum nutrition diploma with ‘Premier Training & Development’

MY LOCATIONS

I have worked mainly in and around the NW London areas covering 

HAMPSTEAD,
ST JOHNS WOOD,
PRIMROSE HILL,
MILL HILL,
SWISS COTTAGE
HAMPSTEAD GARDEN SUBURBS
 and surrounding. 

I can also reach other areas diary permitting. Areas like 

KENSAL RISE,
KENSINGTON,
HOLLAND PARK,
EALING,
REVENSCOURT PARK 

and because I live in Mill Hill I can travel to nearby Hertfordshire areas like 

BUSHEY & RADLETT 

I can also offer Online virtual training if you’re in an area that I can’t reach. I offer the same quality of service, support and results but on a virtual platform like zoom or google meets. I can train you if you live abroad or on vacation.
