Alex Benjamin is a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor based in London. He trains clients from his fully equipped home gym.

I've been involved in training on a daily basis for 13 years and offer a range of services including Personal Training sessions 1 to 1, boxing workouts, group fitness & training sessions and personalised nutritional and training programmes. Whatever goals you have, whether it’s to build muscle, lose fat or improve your overall fitness, I am truly passionate about delivering the very best service so that I can equip you with the knowledge and understanding to make long lasting changes to your life.
