What Can I Do For You?

Will specialises in helping people improve their health and fitness through a variety of training methods, including calisthenics, kettlebells, slam balls, resistance bands, TRX, and more. Sessions are interactive and engaging, with corrective exercises incorporated as needed to address posture or movement issues. MoveHuman supports clients in building overall strength, improving flexibility, reducing pain, and achieving sustainable weight loss.

With a highly personalised approach, Will meets clients at their current level of ability and carefully designs sessions that are both challenging and achievable. His aim is to help your body adapt, progress, and thrive.

Will brings years of experience working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with Autism and ADHD, as well as clients managing mental health conditions such as Depression, Anxiety, and Psychosis. He is known for his adaptability and has successfully trained children, teenagers, adults, and the elderly.

I am in my forties and visited the GP about my backache. I was suffering with this for a long time.  Then I found out that I have high BP, cholesterol and was overweight. GP advised me to lose weight and exercise regularly in order to avoid medication.  

 

Due to that I decided to go for walks and joined the local gym. But I was not consistent and lacked motivation plus I did not see much improvement. Then I got in touch with Will and explained my situation. Will provided me with information and advice and tailored a workout programme for me, taking my back problem into consideration.  He also advised me on my diet.

 

I began training  twice a week with Will. Within a few weeks I was losing weight, I was feeling good and positive. I realised that there was a huge difference in going to the gym [or trying to go!!!] and having someone personally instructing, ensuring you do your workouts correctly.

 

A couple of months later my BP and cholesterol surprisingly, were lowered and no medication was needed. The GP told me that I should carry on doing whatever I was doing as it was making a difference. And backache - all gone!!!!!  Will knew how badly I was suffering, so he helped me all the way to recover and now I play football twice a week after two years!  Last year I went on a dream adventure holiday in Papua. I did not feel any tiredness, no backache, I was fit to carry out all kinds of activities including kayaking and trekking. This was only possible thanks to Will.

 

Will is very friendly, yet professional. He will construct a training programme to your requirements. He demonstrates each workout explaining how each will benefit you. He understand exactly how far you can go with each activity and instructs accordingly.
