About Me

I use bodyweight based HIIT to achieve weight loss and lasting strength and postural correction and massage for pain reduction or relaxation.

MoveHuman specialises in training people with a variety of disciplines including calisthenics, animal movements, plyometrics, explosive resistance, boxing and also corrective exercise for postural issues and massage for pain reduction or just relaxation. MoveHuman helps clients acheive a solid core, weight loss, functional strength, flexibility, pain reduction and relaxation. 

Trainer Will Laverton will assess and meet you at your current level of strength and fitness whatever it is and carefully construct sessions that will challenge you and guarantee your body and fitness to adapt and improve.

We begin with a consultation to get to know eachother and for me to learn about what you want to achieve.

I am in my forties and visited the GP about my backache. I was suffering with this for a long time.  Then I found out that I have high BP, cholesterol and was overweight. GP advised me to lose weight and exercise regularly in order to avoid medication.  


Due to that I decided to go for walks and joined the local gym. But I was not consistent and lacked motivation plus I did not see much improvement. Then I got in touch with Will and explained my situation. Will provided me with information and advice and tailored a workout programme for me, taking my back problem into consideration.  He also advised me on my diet.


I began training  twice a week with Will. Within a few weeks I was losing weight, I was feeling good and positive. I realised that there was a huge difference in going to the gym [or trying to go!!!] and having someone personally instructing, ensuring you do your workouts correctly.


A couple of months later my BP and cholesterol surprisingly, were lowered and no medication was needed. The GP told me that I should carry on doing whatever I was doing as it was making a difference. And backache - all gone!!!!!  Will knew how badly I was suffering, so he helped me all the way to recover and now I play football twice a week after two years!  Last year I went on a dream adventure holiday in Papua. I did not feel any tiredness, no backache, I was fit to carry out all kinds of activities including kayaking and trekking. This was only possible thanks to Will.


Will is very friendly, yet professional. He will construct a training programme to your requirements. He demonstrates each workout explaining how each will benefit you. He understand exactly how far you can go with each activity and instructs accordingly.
