I qualified as a personal trainer in 2013 after experiencing my own lifestyle change. During this time, I learned that I could make real changes to my overweight appearance through hard work, quite a bit of sweat and, most importantly, consistency.

Through the years, I have continued my professional development with specialist courses and by working with expert coaches to ensure that my workout programs are designed effectively and that my coaching is supported by the latest science. I have not only helped many clients to achieve their varied goals but, more importantly, to exceed their own expectations; from injury rehabilitation and building strength to losing weight and having a healthier body composition.

I am a huge believer that there is a strong connection between physical exercise and mental health. My ethos is not just about changing training routines - it's also about rewiring bad habits to establish a new ‘normal’ and ensuring that nutritional needs are met in order to achieve real results. My sessions incorporate a variety of effective training methods, from the most advance lifts, such as Olympic Weight Lifting to coordination focused drills on pads.

Training with Rimon is both fun and incredibly beneficial. He pushes way harder than I would ever push myself, which is exactly what I need. He has me focusing so much more on quality of movements that I am doing rather than just doing more repetitions and i am really starting to notice the difference. The best thing about training with Rimon is that he’s a trainer who takes his work seriously. He completely adjusts the training plan around your goals and he is constantly changing my training plan if I need to work on certain areas; ie mobility, strength, fat loss etc.

Rimon pushes me hard and even gives me homework on my ‘active rest days’. Even when I’m training by myself now, Rimon has taught me the knowledge needed to get them gainzzzz!!

You’ll find at least 170 items of high spec equipment and free weights to use to your heart’s content. Best of all, our exercise machines are super-green: 70% use no electricity at all – they’re powered by you.
