ABOUT ME:
I am a fifty-five years old Personal Trainer with a solid background in Sport Science and many years of experience . I provided fitness support to many individual clients and to sporting organizations. More recently I also worked for the NHS.
Since I was a child I practiced at competitve level: Swimming, footballl, track & field and skiing. Today I am still a competitve sprinter in my age group having run 100m in 12.7 seconds (2023).
MY APPROACH TO PERSONAL TRAINING:
I have an interactive and positive approach with my clients. I am a good listener and I have a non judgemental approach. I am emphathetic and I respect that each person and indeed each fitness goal is different and unique.
Likewise I do not push my clients over their limits neither I give "orders", rather I aim to build a good working relationship based on trust and mutual respect. I totally respect that a client may take longer time than another to perform an exercise correctly and achieve her/his goals. Similarly I give the same importance whether a client goal is to loose 10Kg of fat or run 100m in less than 11 seconds. Training will of course take into account multiple factors.
THE FITNESS SESSIONS:
I provide high quality sessions to follow you step by step in improving your wellness and fitness safely and effectively. I offer an holistic approach to personal training/wellness and my sessions can be challenging but not boring. Above all I make my clients feel comfortable and happy during their fitness session with me. I constantly ask my clients for feedabck and their exercise preferences and when needed I make adjustments.
GYM LOCATION:
The gym is located in Hoxton (N1) London. Easily reached from Islington, Hackeny, the City, Central and east London.
OUTDOOR LOCATIONS:
Highbury Fields (N5), Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park (E20).
