About Me

Hi I'm Pearce, I've worked as a Personal Trainer over the last decade, I love working with clients to get results! 

What Can I Do For You?

I motivate and teach the tools and techniques to actually get results, implementing habits and strategies that lead to effective and lasting progress.  I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer who specialises in strength training and conditioning as well as some boxing training, I guarantee to provide tailored training programming that are individual to each clients needs and nutritional advise to the best of my ability. 

My background in sport started from playing rugby at young age and then later moving on to boxing training at my local boxing gym, I love the physicality of contact sports but ultimately decided that my true passion was to coach others and find out what motivates different people get the results they have always wanted, and more importantly what has always held them back. For some people the biggest factor will be their diet and lack of knowledge about nutrition; For others they need to get stronger and have always struggled putting on muscle; Some clients need to learn corrective exercise techniques as they are in pain and suffer from muscle imbalance.

Its during our first initial free consultation where we will sit down and discuss -

It's then my job to go away and come up with a plan of action and any roadblocks that might come up along the way. 

After qualifying in 2013 as a level 3 PT I have worked in a number of commercial gyms, meeting some great people and ever expanding my knowledge. Here I learnt more about bodybuilding, flexibility and various other training methods which I now implement where I work at a private PT studio in Barbican. As this is a private studio, during the sessions you will never be waiting for equipment. You will also have the freedom and confidence to train however is best for you.
