We use a wide range of equipment including resistance bands, gloves, pads, a kneepad, plyo ladder, skipping rope, kick shield, 5kg and 10kg medicine balls, ankle weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, parallettes, a pull-up bar, TRX, battle ropes, and a plyo box.
