About Me
I have years of training experience and use a mix of endurance, weight and functional training to keep my clients progressing and having fun.
What Can I Do For You?
I am an Active IQ qualified Personal Trainer with a Level 3 Diploma inFitness Instruction and Personal Training. I am also a Qualified Advanced Level Kettlebell Instructor, Studio Cycling Instructor and am fully insured and qualified in First aid.
I have trained all my life and have a wealth of knowledge regarding training for Endurance, Strength and Weight-Loss. I prefer to train clients using a mixture of training styles and equipment in order to keep things fun, interesting and effective. I believe the best way of training is something you find challenging but enjoyable and so that is at the core of the service that I provide to my clients.
I have a fully equipped private training facility and am slso happy top train oputdoors, at your home or on line, whichever is most convenient for you.

Range of Kettlebells from 5kg to 24kg, Range of Sandbells from 2kg to 18Kg, Powerbag, TRX Suspension Trainer, Battling Ropes, Swiss Ball, Bosu Ball, Dumbbells and Barbells, Pull Up Bar, Mats, Resistance Bands, Weighted Vest, Ab Wheel. I also have my own Exercise Space which is equipped with a professional grate multi purpose cable machine, Lat Pull down and Smith Machine plus Olympic Bar and weights and a Landmine and Jammer. All this is designed to keep you safe while working your hard!
