Here at Primal Fitness, we have a philosophy: Train the natural way, using natural movements. No fads, no 'quick abs'. Move the way our bodies are meant to. We train to promote key movements, focusing on functional ability and natural movements.
We train primarily outdoors, using bodyweight, equipment, and the natural environment. We don't offer beach bodies or crash diets. Our goal is to promote sustainable practices that will improve functional ability, longevity, musculoskeletal health, and as a byproduct of this, look good.
