About Me

I am a Master Personal Trainer, graduating from the European Institute of Fitness. Specialising in weight loss, advanced programming and equine sports specific training.

I am passionate about helping my clients adopt a new healthier way of living through enthusiasm, motivating, friendly client care. Being a mobile service I train you where you feel most comfortable. I pride myself in concentrating on the personal aspect of personal training, be that one on one training, partner training, small groups or in classes, to strive to achieve your goals.

Together with professional programming we can give you more energy, health, fitness and confidence working towards your personal goals.

By making my service accessible and affordable we can achieve goals which target your needs, wants and lifestyle.
Before me Master Personal Trainer qualification, Reps 2 gym instructor and Reps 3 Personal Trainer, I played a range of sport, including county level netball and hockey and try outs for England netball. I worked in the Equine Industry for 8 years, working my way up to work with Grand Prix horses and international riders.

I have experience training a range of clients and together we have hit goals and frequently exceeded them. I am flexible with time and place so you can fit training in around your schedules.
