About Me

I am a level 4 Personal Trainer, Pilates Teacher and specialist in lower back pain. I believe training should be fun and tailored to you.

What Can I Do For You?

I have now been ing the industry for over 5 years and have worked with many different clients in different settings. After recentrly being a Personal Trainier for Third Space London I now offer one to one sessions at home or in a gym environment. I offer personal training sessions or Pilates for general fitness; specialist fitness training for back pain and back care; dance fitness; cross training for sporting events and exercise for building body confidence. Your sessions will be tailor made to your specific goals and interests and help you gain self-confidence and get results.

 

My background is in dance as I trained intensively during my degree at the Northen School of Contemporary Dance in Leeds, gaining a 2:1 honors degree. This taught me a lot about fine-tuning your body and how to gets the results you want. I then went on to complete my level 3 Advanced Diploma in Personal Training at the Central YMCA in London. Then training as a Level 3 Pilates Classical Matwork and equipment teacher at the Pilates Advanced Training School. I have then added to my knowledge, specialising in lower back pain and becoming a level 4 trained instructor.

 

Gyms can be scary intimidating places, especially for beginners or ladies. It can seem like everyone knows exactly what they are doing and judging you for not being fit enough. We all know fitness and exercise is good for us but it can all seem rather daunting. But it need not be this way with a little help.

Equipment

I use a mixture of equipment and body weight with my clients. I am trained on big and small Pilates equipment. I also use suspension traininers (TRX), swiss balls, foam rolls, weights, sand bells, boxing pads, resistant bands and air cushions with my home clients.
