I am a dedicated, experienced personal trainer, working in the Flitwick and Ampthill area. I can make your exercise programme fun, efficient, and very effective.

Whether you want to lose weight,bulk up,train for an event, or just improve your general fitness and life style. your first session will be a fitness assesment. from there i can work out your personal programme, incorporating exercise and nutitional advice. I have a comfortable, private well equipped gym and a wealth of Knowledge and experience to help you acheive your goals. (5 years working in a gym enviroment and over 13 years personal training) My enthusiasm will help to keep you focused and motivated From 18-80+ your fitness is your insurance policy for the future and it`s never too late to start.
