About Me


Cristina’s interest for health and exercise started from an early age with Capoeira self-defence in Brazil. She graduated with a BSc in Physical Education & Sports and furthered her education with a post grad diploma in Sport Health & Exercise at Brunel University, Middlesex. Cristina has been sharing her passion, working with individuals from all walks of life in Brazil and in the UK. Cristina specialises in DRAMATIC FAT LOSS, PRE / POST BABY FITNESS and POSTURAL ALIGNMENT.



What Can I Do For You?

You can expect my sessions to be 100% results based, featuring the latest equipment and at a pace to suit you. You will be inspired to achieve your desirable fitness goals and will learn new ways to improve your health. I'm a Postural Alignment Therapist effectivelly treating back pain and other conditions through the Egoscue Method. 

I am a qualified lecturer and have delivered degree foundation courses in sport, health and nutrition. I believe in and embrace a holistic approach to health and fitness. In 2009 I dedicated two months in India studying Yoga and completed a 10-day silent meditation course (Vipassana). I'm a keen runner and completed the 2010 Dublin Marathon in 3:53''- I was very pleased with that! I am passionate about Less Mills and have been teaching Body Pump, Body Combat & Body Balance classes for many years.
