About Me

I am Mary Hastings a qualified personal trainer, hatha yoga teacher and breath coach

What Can I Do For You?

My clients usually enjoy training at home, a local park or at the local personal training studio I am affilliated with. I have enough small equipment to ensure our hour together will be packed full of varied and  goal specific exercises geared towards your own abilities and likes.

At the moment I am successfully working with clients online. Clients find this really convenient as I am able to split a one hour session into two, which is more manageable for busy schedules. 

With the extra qualification of Hatha Yoga Teacher you willl have the choice to add this into your session, no experience or flexibility required from you! Maybe you've always fancied trying yoga but didn't want to commit to a class.

As your fitness coach, nutrition is key to weight loss and a healthy life so we will discuss your current eating habits.

Please see the full list of my qualifications below and you will see I am more than a Personal Trainer. I can offer you a range of expertize & life experience. The sessions will be designed specifically for you, taking into account your own set of circumstances & requirements.

"I wanted to lose some weight and tone up and started working with Mary in August 2011.  Ever session is different, always doing high fat burning exercises which are fun as well as effective.  I have lost over a stone and have dropped nearly 2 dress sizes and am now a size 12/14 in 6 months and have improved my general fitness and have some muscle definition.  The exercises we do are simple and I can do most of them by myself if I want to.  The sessions are a mixture of sparring, free weights, using the vipers, and occasionally using the cardio equipment.  Mary will tailor the sessions around what I enjoy and if there are certain exercises I don’t enjoy, we don’t do them again.
