What Can I Do For You?

I've been a personal trainer for over a decade. From a young age I've had a huge passion for fitness and have always been active. Over the years I have trained numerous clients, helping them to achieve a variety of goals, and am educated to degree level in this field. I love to see clients improve, whether that be through weight loss, muscle gain or injury and rehabilitation, etc. I am hugely driven and passionate about providing the best possible service to all individuals I am in contact with.

You will have an initial consultation, where we will decide on what is the best way to go about achieving your goals.

I create fun and challenging sessions based on your individual goals and needs to both males and females. I train clients at various locations, from my own studio in W10, local parks, home gyms, or virtually for those who travel or live further afield. I am fully equipped, with an abundance of items from treadmill,cycle, pads, bands, weights bench etc.

Training could involve Core Stability/Strength, Weight Loss, Muscle Building/Strength, Boxercise, TRX and much more.

There are a variety of ways to book sessions. A range of discounts are available for booking blocks of sessions (in multiples of 5 up to 20 sessions), or you can pay per session.

I have been a long time athlete and I thought I had seen every exercise, but Paul was able to put together unique and challenging workouts that kept things fun and entertaining while really pushing me. He tailored workouts to my specific needs (ultimate frisbee player) and even did background research to make sure the exercises were tailored for my sport. I really can't recommend him enough!
