About Me

I have been working in the industry for 15+ years and enjoy putting together varied, effective programmes for clients of all ages and abilities.

What Can I Do For You?

Each client is an individual and I enjoy the diversity of working with a whole range of people with different needs.

I can work closely with you to guide you through each session, or build varied programmes for you to practise with follow up sessions that will keep on taking you to the next level.  Your training will cover all the essential elements of fitness: strength, cardio, flexibility, balance, agility, etc. but I then fine tune your programme to cater for your own, unique needs, whether your goal is general fitness and toning or something more specific such as training for a particular sport.
