Back in March I asked this group if anyone could recommend a personal trainer in the area, and a couple of kind folk came forward and suggested training with Courtney Titus.
I have been training with him ever since and wanted to come back here and thank them and return the favour to Courtney, I couldn't recommend him enough!!!
His training is always fun- a mixture of boxing, weights, yoga and core work. He is super kind and patient but knows how hard to push me - and always sends me home feeling amazing!
Courtney’s second to none, he’s really helped me think about my form and technique. He makes training fun and every week is different while keeping it challenging. He’s got me boxing which I never thought I’d do! He puts you at ease and you’ll always leave a session smiling. I couldn’t recommend Courtney enough!
I have been training with Courtney for just over a month and can say that I definitely feel much stronger in that short space of time.
I have a knee injury that has reflected on strength in my legs and caused lower back pain, both of which have rapidly improved since the beginning of our sessions.
He makes sure that all the sessions are different, progressive and I still have fun doing all the new moves.

I train with a multitude of equipment , from boxing pads , to weight , sandbags and kettlebells and a assortment of other equipment to keeps the workout varied and interesting. But still to keep u focused on your goals.
