About Me

I've been teaching in the health/fitness industry for 20 years, working with a wide variety of clients.

What Can I Do For You?

I have experience working with all kinds of clients, from those with chronic back pain to those who want to tone up and lose weight.

You can have just a few sessions to get you started or back on track, or book a longer series of sessions if you have something more specific you'd like to work on.

There's more detailed info about packages, pricing, etc. on the website.  Do get in touch with your own specific requirements as I often put together bespoke packages for clients.  I also now offer sports/therapeutic massage which is great for both standalone treatments and as part of a package to help enhance your exercise programme.
