My aim is to help others use exercise to improve their overall wellbeing. I see exercise as enjoyable experience and transformative tool for physical and mental health that goes beyond aesthetics. I offer a bespoke training programmes, with a mix of 121 in person and at home training.
Fit for life general health and fitness. This can be strength, cardio, flexibility and mobility training.
Progressive training programme in the run up to a specific event or personal goal, for example beginners 5k, 10k and half marathon training.
All programmes are individualised to suit your aspirations, availability and equipment. The training sessions are suitable for complete beginners to advanced, and for anyone coming back from injury.
Prices start from £55.00 per session
Ula is such a brilliant PT. She had a tough job with me starting out as I was recovering from an injury and I'd lost confidence in my body. She showed me some amazing stretches and strength exercises that I do religiously now, and got my mobility and strength back. She pushed me to work on my fitness so that my confidence grew in doing so I lost a lot of weight and toned up. I feel like i have my body back and for that I am so grateful. Rachel
My twice weekly sessions with Ula are the highlight of my week. She has an excellent way of motivating and creating sessions that kept me working and engaged. I have been an athlete competing at a very high level in full contact sport which have left me with a tricky combination of lingering injuries and some anxieties related to certain movements, and she has been incredibly patient and creative in designing a programme that has allowed me to continue to stay active,and build strength so I can retain lifelong mobility. Outdoor Training: Barbell (up to 30 kg) , Dumbbells, Kettlebells (up to 12 kg), Mace (up to 7 kg), Skipping Rope, Slam Balls (up to 10kg), Battle ropes, Suspension Trainers, resistance bands, adjustable step, boxing gloves, agility ladder, BOSU balance trainer.
I can also provide one to one sessions remotely, via Teams and minimal equipment is needed for this.
