Hi, are you looking to lose weight, tone up or build muscle? I can write a program specifically for you, focus on your goals, and will work with you to ensure that you make progress. I have my own gym space, am able to travel to your home or place of work and can also train remotely using online platforms, while being flexible around your working hours. I am a qualified personal trainer with experience of working with people one to one, in couples or in group fitness sessions.
I am also a martial arts instructor, having studied Kempo Jujitsu for 29 years and currently hold the rank of 3rd Dan black belt.
I take a holistic approach to health and fitness, incorporating cardio and resistance training, as well as nutritional guidance. After an initial consultation, which is free of charge, we can get started!
