What Can I Do For You?

I have been a Level 3 Personal Trainer since 2015. I also run strength and conditioning bootcamps for all levels.

I am also a qualified Hatton Academy Advanced Boxing Instructor .

I am currently taking my level 4 in Strength & Conditioning & Level 4 in Nutrition with NASM.

Fitness is my biggest passion and has been since I left school.

I am based in Enfield but can travel within reason. I work from 2 gyms (Cheshunt & Baldock), as well as outdoors and also at Client's own homes.

I have a large range of Fitness Equipment which enables me to provide a lot of variety to my client's training sessions and therefore no 2 sessions are ever the same! 

I am not a qualified nutritionist but do have a very good understanding of nutrition and can offer diet guides based around a clients macronutrient needs, which are determined by the client's goal. 

I use whatsapp to offer support, assistance and knowledge to my clients.... and also to keep them accountable to themselves!!!

Individual bespoke training programs and diet plans are £ 20.00 each, or £ 30.00 for both. Please note, I offer these for free for clients who book 10 sessions in advance.

After 18 months of lockdowns I found myself unmotivated, unfit and overweight. I found training by myself in the gym with no guidance or direction really difficult so decided to hire a personal trainer.

After 6 weeks of training with James, 2-3 times a week, I am so glad that I took the plunge! No 2 sessions are the same and you get a great variety of workouts that you never would in a gym. James pushes you to the limit and although the workouts are tough, the reward you feel after you’ve finished each session is worth it! I particularly enjoy the crossfit and boxing style workouts, which are like nothing I’ve done before.

On top of the PT sessions, James has provided me with an easy to follow diet plan and also a workout plan for the gym on the days that I don’t see him. This workout plan is all on an app with video instructions of how to do each exercise. All of James’s advice around diet and exercise is great and more importantly, sustainable.

I’ve still got a long way to go, but after 6 weeks I can feel a huge difference in my fitness and overall health. I have almost lost a stone in weight, whilst maintaining muscle.

In summary I would have no hesitation in recommending James as a personal trainer.

He has been great at setting me a routine to lose body fat and build muscle. James designed a training program for me, including the diet plan which is equally important as a workout plan.

James has been a fantastic PT to my mum and I since Lockdown 3 happened at the beginning of this year. He is so knowledgeable of the body and really concentrates on creating workouts tailored to you, so I always feel comfortable under his instruction. He also created personal meal and home workout plans for us which has really helped to keep us on track in between sessions with him - I am currently losing pounds every week! James is so easy to get on with and makes you feel at ease right from the first session, no matter what fitness level or goals you have. That was an awesome session today buddy. I feel physically tired but exhilarated if that is possible :)

I also have some decent vascularity on my arms and deltoids, which is a first. 

I feel good, I feel lean but most of all I feel physically (and mentally) healthy.

I was overweight, out of shape and feeling very demotivated.

I started training with James a few years ago and the weight fell off, with the 

help of a macro based diet plan and resistance training. Once I achieved the weight 

I was striving for I wanted to put on some muscle. What helped me was a full

understanding of the process. I spoke to James pretty much daily and and we monitiored 

my weight gain carefully as I understand it is easy to put too much on to quickly which 

would have taken me back to square one. However, we done it in a gradual way and 

I put on lean muscle throughout. I am chuffed to bits with the results. I would give James 

a 5 star review and i still train with him to this day, once a week.
