I am an experienced and qualified personal trainer and Pilates (Mat & Reformer) teacher who has a passion for getting the best out of people. Starting out as a fitness instructor in 2006, I have had a long and storied career. Since qualifying as a personal trainer in 2008, I have achieved amazing results with my clients and take pride in helping people reach their potential. I specialise in working with clients who suffer with lower back pain & mobility issues and since 2013 I have gained qualifications such as Level 3 GP referral instructor, Level 4 diploma in Management of Lower back pain (Premier), Level 3 instructing mat Pilates (Future Fit), Reformer Level 1 (STOTT Pilates). These skills have been blended with my extensive fitness and boxing background and therefore I am able to create fun, safe & effective exercise programmes tailored to your needs, regardless of age & fitness level.

Matt came to Ben in 2015. He wanted to start doing regular Mat Pilates to help treat back pain linked to sciatica and improve mobility.
Claire was intrigued by what Pilates could do for her posture and core strength. Since she started training in 2016 with Ben they have followed mixed Reformer and Mat sessions twice a week.

Ben has been training with Nitu & Raj since 2013, visiting there home 2 x per week. Sessions can be either them training in pairs or separately (one after the other). Their goals when first starting was to increase general fitness and since then they have followed varied programs including boxing, powerplate, Pilates and much more.
Joyce wanted to make big changes to her lifestyle when she started training with Ben in 2012. They initially did 3 x sessions a week together combining all round aspects of fitness. Over time Joyce’s programs have consisted mainly of high intensity strength and cardio drills using weights and body weight.
