I can help you improve your sporting performance by improving your fitness, strength, power, sport specific movement, mobility and agility. I can help you get back to playing sport after injury and help prevent further injury. I can help you plan and get in into peak physical condition for sport and fitness events and competitions.
I use a wide range of training techniques including resistance/strength training, calisthenics, natural movement training and breath training.
I offer face-to-face sessions at your home, local park or outdoor space. Private gym sessions are also available for an additional cost. I also offer online sessions if more convenient.

I started my training with Phil with the intention of having just a couple of months of training and lose some weight, but the transformation in my level of fitness and quality of life has been such that I had to continue training with him! Having also tried personal training occasionally, I must say that Phil stands highly above average in the market! Equipment provided: resistance bands, suspension trainer, pads, skipping rope, stability balls/cushions, sliders, agility ladder, medicine/slam balls.
Can also use dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells where available and outdoor equipment such as pull up bars etc.
