I use a wide range of training techniques including resistance training using weights, resistance bands and bodyweight, HIIT style workouts, circuit training and boxing padwork.

I started my training with Phil with the intention of having just a couple of months of training and lose some weight, but the transformation in my level of fitness and quality of life has been such that I had to continue training with him! Having also tried personal training occasionally, I must say that Phil stands highly above average in the market!
