What Can I Do For You?

I specialise in weight loss and fitness improvements, delivering high quality Personal Training straight to your door.  My aim is to help you achieve great results, so we begin with a detailed lifestyle analysis so I can get to know you.  I then devise a programme based on everything we've discussed.  This comes with dietary and exercise recommendations, plus regular encouragement and accountability.

The more equipment you use the better varied the programme!  I love mixing up sessions with different kit - this includes Boxing gloves and pads, kettlebells and dumbbells, body-weight and floor exercises, battle ropes (great fun and highly effective!), adjustable bench/step, skipping rope, and lots more.
