What Can I Do For You?
My strengths are in my ability to get you fit and keep you motivated through the correct forms of nutritional and exercise prescription. I have a wealth of experience with over 14 years working with various members of the public in facilities ranging from clients homes, public leisure centres to exclusive private members clubs. My own training has lead to me doing numerous fitness modelling shoots, commercials and a fitness DVD (60 second promise) as well as being signed by W Athletic. I own my own company, TARGET FIT ltd which specialises in getting you results no matter what your requirements are. Sessions with Carl Prince will give the motivation you need to succeed, nutritional consultations to ensure you develop correct eating habits and exercise programmes to ensure you progress. Training can be at your home, at gyms in my studios on ;Wanstead or Collier row high street or r at my recently developed private personal training gym ;in Abridge. I cater for clients from areas such as Romford, Collier row, Chigwell, Woodford, Loughton, Buckhurst hill, Ilford, Epping and many more.
