What Can I Do For You?

Hi, I'm CJ, a highly experienced and dedicated personal trainer with 10 years of experience helping people achieve their fitness goals. I specialize in fat loss, muscle building and improving overall movement quality for a better everyday life.

We’ll start off with a complimentary training session so you can get to know me but most importantly I can get to know you and learn all about your fitness goals. During this session we’ll go through a fitness and posture analysis, and combine with your goals to set the foundation for our training sessions and your personalised plan.

I don’t believe in making you suffer for an hour and dreading our sessions. During our sessions everything will be targeted towards helping you achieve your fitness goal, balancing the time you have available whilst also making sure you enjoy the sessions.

Outside of our sessions I am going to be there to support you. I will provide you with nutrition and training advice to make sure your goals become achievable and sustainable. I’m also always on hand for you to drop me a message if you need any advice.
