As a Personal Trainer, my focus is helping people move beyond pain and discomfort to improve their lives and perform better in their sport.

Combined with 5 years of competitive rowing experience and 12 years as a rowing coach, I’ve seen how Rowing PT transforms fitness, supports injury recovery, and builds long-lasting strength. It’s not just about the rowing machine, but the principles of technique, control, and effort that drive results.

  • Self guided home workout with access to your own app. This will continue your improvements alongside our sessions [£30 value]
